Technology Marketing Excellence Awards Earned By Arketi For Three Clients
BtoB Tech PR, Marketing Firm Arketi Group Sweeps Corporate Positioning Awards for Fifth Straight Year
ATLANTA – May 29, 2009 – High tech business-to-business
public relations and marketing firm Arketi Group, announced three of
its clients earned TAMY Awards from TAG Marketing, a society of the
Technology Association of Georgia. The awards, given at the 9th Annual
Technology Marketing Excellence Awards (TAMY) ceremony, recognize Georgia-based
companies that demonstrate significant and measurable accomplishments
in technology marketing and PR.
Arketi’s work for the following clients helped earn them a 2009 TAMY Award: ERDAS, Reveille Software and Virtual Premise. For the fifth straight year, Arketi’s corporate positioning work swept the positioning categories.

"By working hand-in-hand with these clients we were able to not only generate exciting PR and marketing programs, but were able to track the results of these efforts back to key business measurements.”
Corporate Positioning: Following a series of acquisitions, ERDAS, a leading software provider in the geospatial information market, tasked Arketi to revamp its corporate message, reposition itself and transform its brand completely. The renaming of the company from Leica Geosystems Geospatial Imaging to ERDAS, combined with the new tagline, “The Earth to Business Company,” has helped generate more than 6,100 web leads for ERDAS since the new site launched. Furthermore, ERDAS experienced a 400 percent increase in the average deal size.
Corporate Positioning: Reveille Software, an experience and performance management solution provider for enterprise content management applications, earned this award for Arketi’s work in the development of a new messaging and positioning platform. In addition to renaming the company, formerly VSR Networks, and positioning it around the tagline “Keeping Your Promises,” Arketi created a PR and marketing plan to serve as the marketing foundation for its initiatives, launched a new website, developed sales collateral and supported a webinar series. To date, Reveille Software has experienced a doubling in demo requests from the previous year as well as considerably high click-through rates on its e-marketing campaigns.
Marketing Tactic: Virtual Premise, an industry-leading provider of web-based real estate information management solutions, earned this award for “The Search for Real Estate Savings” campaign created by Arketi. Enticing prospects to enter a sweepstakes for a new high-end GPS system, the multi-touch campaign used dimensional and online tactics to engage prospects, which contributed to outperforming traditional standard direct mail/email response rates by 250 to 500 percent throughout the promotion. Most importantly, the campaign generated a substantial volume of new prospects.
