B2B technology marketing and PR firm honored with 10 Phoenix Awards and the night’s top accolade – Best of Phoenix
ATLANTA – November 22, 2024 – Arketi Group celebrated a banner night at the 2024 PRSA Georgia Phoenix Awards, earning 10 Phoenix Awards and Awards of Excellence for its innovative work alongside B2B technology clients. The integrated firm also took home the evening’s top distinction, Best of Phoenix, for its impactful campaign with Cox Communications to expand rural fiber internet access.

Best of Phoenix: Public Affairs – Business Services
Cox Communications’ Market Expansion team is tasked with securing the necessary regulatory approvals to expand the company’s network of fiber and broadband services. To build community champions for its work, Cox partnered with Arketi Group to develop and launch a public affairs campaign that would ultimately secure 200+ earned media hits, 1,000+ syndicated article placements, 70+ attendees for a VIP event, and access to more than 60,000 new customers.
Marketing – Business to Business – Products: A consultancy for public and private utilities, Arc-Two built its first cloud-based B2B SaaS solution to simplify asset accounting, tax reporting and regulatory compliance. But the company needed a brand, message, and go-to-market plan to create much-needed momentum for its product launch and sales cycle. We helped Arc-Two strategize and execute its product launch, which ultimately secured 8 sales pilots for a pipeline of $1.9 million in revenue.
Research/Evaluation: Since 2020, Arketi and Fiserv have worked together to create the Gift Card Gauge, a quarterly consumer pulse that earns Fiserv new business, prospect engagement, and significant earned media coverage. To further elevate the program, the two used 2023 as a springboard for exploring new topics aimed at keeping readers and merchants ahead of the game, all while continuing to generate powerful business results for Fiserv.
Online Videos: Kenco and Arketi Group partnered to develop comprehensive messaging for Kenco’s new full-lifecycle MHE Solutions offering, as well as roll out several programs taking the new message to market. Through a research-based development program, Arketi delivered both short and long-form messaging, as well as collateral and a multi-month LinkedIn Live series built around the idea of Support for today. Insight for tomorrow. The program ultimately doubled leads vs. 1H 2023 and brought more than 40 prospects from the webinar series.
Integrated Communications – Business to Business: Kenco engaged long-time agency partner Arketi Group to craft a new message and go-to-market strategy for the launch of its new materials handling service – including its service’s name, sub-offering names, tagline, elevator pitch, and key messages. Designed to position the 3PL as a leader in materials handling, our research-driven message and launch campaign ultimately doubled Kenco’s sales qualified leads and secured a sales pipeline of more than $3.5 million.
Media Relations – Business to Business: A joint venture between Trane Technologies and Mitsubishi Electric US, METUS engaged Arketi Group to help share how its technology enables buildings to operate at max efficiency, all while reducing carbon emissions and reliance on fossil fuels. Leveraging survey research, our coordinated media relations campaign secured more than 25 media hits for an audience reach of more than 50 million.
Media Relations – Business to Business: The outcome of NCR Corporation’s recent division into two brands – NCR Voyix and NCR Atleos – NCR Voyix is now re-writing its 140-year-old story as it pursues a multi-year transformation. Looking to share its innovation strategy and thought leadership, NCR Voyix engaged long-time agency partner Arketi Group to build and execute a media relations strategy that ultimately secured 119 pieces of earned media coverage for an audience reach of approximately 481 million.
Research/Evaluation: NCR Voyix wanted to position itself as more than a technology-provider. Partnering with Arketi Group, we set out to craft a research program that would capture unique insights around the retail and restaurant industries, which we would then share with NCR Voyix’s target audience through media relations. Our survey and report, the Digital Commerce Index, ultimately netted 15 earned media hits, 8 media briefings at a tradeshow, and reached an audience of approximately 121 million.
Events or Observations – Seven or Fewer Days – Business to Business: Stryten Energy, a leader in stored energy solutions, launched a pilot program with Snapping Shoals EMC to demonstrate how stored energy can accelerate the future of renewable energy. Working together with Arketi Group, we helped the two organizations plan and execute a ribbon-cutting ceremony celebrating their work. The event ultimately resulted in 15+ earned media hits, 80+ attendees, social engagement, and an invitation to speak about the program at a high-profile industry conference.
Events or Observations – Seven or Fewer Days – Business to Business: Zyxel Communications’ EMEA division secured an industry-first project with Türk Telekom and engaged its Agency of Record, Arketi Group, to share the news with the world. Targeting the annual Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, Spain, for our announcement, Arketi and Zyxel hosted a high-profile contract signing with Turk Telekom that secured more than 80 attendees, more than 130 earned media hits and an increase in social media engagement.
