Arketi sweeps the PRSA Georgia Phoenix Awards


ATLANTA – Nov. 15, 2018 – Arketi Group was recognized for its exceptional PR work with B2B technology clients, earning nine awards at the annual PRSA Georgia Phoenix Awards for clients Cox, First Data, Georgia-Pacific, Iron Mountain, Riskonnect and Snapfulfil.

The Phoenix Awards is a competition held by the Georgia Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) to recognize projects and programs that demonstrate excellence in the state’s public relations profession. With some 900 members, PRSA Georgia is the organization’s second largest chapter.

Owned – Research/Evaluation To promote its annual National Cyber Security Awareness Month campaign, First Data partnered with Arketi to understand consumer attitudes toward cybersecurity and online fraud. The media relations efforts resulted in 9 articles, including coverage in The Wall Street Journal.

Owned – Webcast: Business to Business To drive awareness and customer engagement, Iron Mountain worked with Arketi to create a webinar campaign. The first webcast alone had 464 registrants and generated a sales pipeline of $124,000 in potential revenue.

Blog Through a post mix of tips for best practices, commentary on trending topics and promotion of earned media activities, Arketi helped Snapfulfil revitalize its blog and drive new business – eventually achieving an 8x ROI.

Paid – Best SEO To improve its visibility in the healthcare vertical, Riskonnect turned to Arketi to develop an SEO campaign to elevate its search rankings and drive qualified search traffic. The campaign helped the company dominate Google’s front page for 26 different search terms and drove 12% of all search traffic to the site.

Earned Media Relations: Business to Business With new competitors emerging, Riskonnect tapped Arketi to develop and execute a media relations strategy and that would establish lasting relationships with its top media channels, including Forbes and AMEX Open Forum, many of which have published numerous Riskonnect articles.

Content Marketing By sharpening the warehouse management solution’s unique message and promoting its executives’ decades of experience, Arketi helped Snapfulfil become a recognized go-to resource on both earned and owned channels.

Arketi earned three Awards of Excellence for the following:

Owned – Research/Evaluation Project Arketi developed a thought leadership platform to generate awareness for Cox Business in local markets, while also being relevant to national media. Through extensive media coverage in outlets including The Washington Post, Inc. and Newsday, the Cox Business Consumer Sentiment survey findings reached approximately 61 million people in the first month of their release.

Integrated Communications One of the world’s largest pulp and paper companies also has one of the most complex supply chain operations. Georgia-Pacific was launching a supply chain innovation center and partnered with Arketi to create an integrated communications campaign. In just 8 weeks, the campaign helped recruit 13 partners and secured media in trade and local publications.

Marketing As part of the same initiative, Arketi helped bring Georgia-Pacific’s new innovation center to life, from creating its name – The Point A Center for Supply Chain Innovation – to developing comprehensive messaging, videos, launch announcements and ongoing marketing support.
