Sophia Marshall is Senior Vice President, Head of Communications at Fiserv, where she leads global corporate communications, media relations, and brand reputation strategy for one of the world’s foremost leaders in payments and financial technology. With more than two decades of experience, she has built and executed integrated communications programs for top brands across technology, healthcare, manufacturing, and energy. Prior to Fiserv, Sophia held senior communications roles at Comcast, Wellstar Health System, GE Power, and Serta Simmons Bedding. She holds a Master of Science in Technical & Professional Communications from Southern Polytechnic State University and a Bachelor’s in English from Albany State University.
Chief Marketing Officer, InvestCloud
Brandon Harris leads product marketing, brand, and communications for InvestCloud. The former Global Head of Marketing at Bloomberg LP brings 17 years of sales and marketing experience in fintech to his role. While at Bloomberg, he held a number of leadership positions, including six years in sales and business development. Brandon is known for driving results through sophisticated marketing strategies and brings a wealth of experience in reshaping and elevating global brand presence through innovative approaches that connect with audiences.
VP, Public Relations and Communications, Hyundai Motor Company
Trevor Hale is responsible for communicating Hyundai Motor Company’s business initiatives and the Hyundai and Genesis brands. He supports HMC President Sung Kim, Head of Hyundai Motor Group Strategic Planning Division and former U.S. Ambassador. Prior to joining Hyundai, Hale was the CEO of Hale Global Communications and a senior advisor for Hyundai. A former journalist, Hale has extensive corporate experience leading communications for Mercedes-Benz, DaimlerChrysler, Ford and INFINITI in roles based in North America, Germany, China, the United Arab Emirates and Hong Kong. Hale was named a distinguished alumnus at the University of Alabama in Birmingham, where he earned a bachelor’s degree.

Mallard Holliday is Senior Vice President of Corporate Communications and Public Affairs at Cox Communications, where he leads enterprise-wide communications strategy, media relations, crisis response, and public affairs. With more than two decades of experience, he has directed integrated programs spanning internal communications, product launches, issues management, and community engagement, shaping corporate reputation and advancing public policy priorities. Prior to Cox, he held senior communications and marketing roles at A&E Enterprises and BellSouth. He holds a Master’s in Communication Management from Syracuse University and a Bachelor’s from the University of West Georgia.

Jason leads Arketi Inside, Arketi Group’s workplace communications and change management offering. With more than 35 years of experience, he has guided internal comms strategies for global brands including Coca-Cola, Cox, GE, Norfolk Southern, and Southwire.
His work focuses on helping organizations drive business performance by engaging employees through clear, consistent, and compelling communication. A frequent speaker, podcast guest, and webinar host, Jason brings deep expertise in workforce engagement, culture transformation, and executive messaging.
He serves on the Board of Trustees for the University of Georgia’s Grady College of Journalism and Mass Communication.
