Our capital “P” Purpose at Arketi is to enable every marketing and communications professional to achieve their full potential.
For nearly 25 years, we’ve done just that – partnering with B2B organizations to accelerate growth, generate revenue, and lead the marketplace through integrated marketing and PR.
But along the way, we uncovered an opportunity to do even more.
As messages are crafted, strategies sharpen and campaigns evolve; internal alignment can often be an afterthought. In too many cases, the people closest to the business feel the most disconnected from its direction.
That’s why we built Arketi Inside – our new workplace communications offering, designed to help companies connect with their people as intentionally as they do with their customers.
Great brands speak to their people, not just the market. When external and internal communications work together, companies grow stronger from the inside out.
Your brand isn’t just what you say – it’s what your people believe, live, and share with the market. See how Arketi Inside helps organizations bring brand, culture, and communications into alignment from the inside out.
To lead Arketi Inside, we brought in a true expert: Jason Anthoine, a 36-year veteran of internal communications and founder of Audacity, the consultancy we recently integrated into Arketi.
Jason has led employee engagement, change communications and culture alignment efforts for global brands like GE, Siemens, Newell Brands, and many more. Along the way he founded and led two agencies totally dedicated in the employee experience. He brings a deep understanding of what employees want, a sharp eye for strategy, and a belief that communication done right is culture made real.
“You can’t keep the magic alive in the marketplace if you’re not creating it inside the workplace. Yet too many companies still struggle with misalignment, muddled manager communication, and employee experiences that fall flat,” Jason says. “With Arketi Inside, we bring the clarity and real-world strategies needed to close those gaps. This isn’t about internal newsletters, digital signage, or breakroom posters – it’s about strategic change management counsel and communications designed to inspire, not just inform.”
And that’s the idea: internal and external comms shouldn’t live on opposite sides of the wall. They are two halves of the same conversation. And they deserve the same level of strategic thinking.
Let’s be clear: when internal communications are underpowered, it’s not just an engagement issue. It’s a business issue.
Strategies and initiatives don’t just fail on paper. They fail when employees don’t understand them, can’t see their role in them, or worse, don’t trust them. And in that gap, momentum stalls. Morale drops. And initiatives fall flat before they even launch.
What we’ve seen, and what Jason has spent his career helping teams overcome, is a pattern where companies invest heavily in transformation initiatives and external brand awareness but forget to communicate what they are doing and why with their workforce.
That’s not just a missed opportunity. That’s a risk to the business.
What does award-winning B2B public relations look like in action? Our PR campaign with Cox Communications earned a PRSA Silver Anvil by turning strategy into measurable impact.
Arketi Inside is the next step in our vision for the future: a premier B2B agency platform that integrates marketplace and workplace communications – strategy, storytelling, and execution – across every audience that matters.
Whether we’re building external campaigns or internal alignment, we aim to help our clients go further, faster, with one team and one voice.
If your workplace culture feels disconnected, unsupported, or underpowered, now’s the time to reimagine what’s possible with Arketi Inside.
