The Summit is nearly here: don’t miss out on Georgia’s premier technology event
The state’s most prominent technology, business and thought leaders gather to explore the tech trends driving innovation today
One of Arketi Group’s commitments is to always be our best self, and that involves continuous learning, growing and innovating – stretching the limits of our knowledge and creativity. This is why everyone at Arketi will attend The Summit March 3 – 4, 2020.
The Summit gathers and engages more than 1,300 prominent technology, business and thought leaders and is centered around the most current trends that are sparking, disrupting and driving innovation today. It provides the opportunity to learn, meet and discover new ways for you and your company to get involved, develop relationships and identify potential partnerships.
This flagship event of the Technology Association of Georgia (TAG), themed Engage, Innovate and Transform, kicks off with the Society Showcase from 5:30 to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, March 3 at Cobb Galleria Centre, Atlanta. This fun, engaging evening of networking, entertainment and awareness of TAG’s 25 professional societies, will be a time to learn how to join, engage, lead or sponsor.
The Summit continues from 7:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Wednesday, March 4 and includes a 2020 State of the Industry Report and a presentation by keynote speaker Duncan Wardle, creativity speaker at id8 & innov8 and former head of Innovation and Creativity at Disney.
Wardle is a friend of Arketi CEO Mike Neumeier and Principal Rory Carlton, who describe Wardle’s processes as “off-the-chart crazy-good: any company looking to be more innovative, creative, intuitive and successful will want to be there for his presentation.”
Kudos to us! We’re happy to announce that Arketi Group was listed on Chief Marketer’s Top 200 List of 2020 for the third year in a row. We also earned 12 awards for top marketing and PR work at PRSA Georgia’s annual Phoenix Awards gala, an event at which our CEO earned the organization’s highest honor, the Order of the Phoenix.
Other keynote speakers include Will McIntosh, executive vice president of Digital and Sports Consumer Business for NBC Sports Group, and two-time paralympian Mallory Weggemann.
Participants at The Summit will also join in their choice of 16 breakout sessions that range from “Navigating the Cyber Threatscape of 2020” and “Engaging the Workforce of the Future of Work” to “It’s Officially Time to Self-Disrupt” and “Invest to Innovate.”
The Summit will include the induction of David Cummings into the Georgia Technology Hall of Fame. Cummings is founder of Atlanta Tech Village and an Atlanta-based tech entrepreneur who has founded 10 companies.
In addition, the TAG Impact Award recipient will be announced, and from the Top 40 Innovative Companies in Georgia the Top 10 will be highlighted, with one company then singled out as the state’s most innovative technology company.
Unfamiliar with TAG? Not only is it Georgia’s largest tech association, but it’s the country’s largest tech association, too. With membership of 34,000+, TAG engages its participants in a variety of programs, activities and events year-round.
